Finding Meaning and Fulfilment

In this workshop we focus on finding meaning and fulfilment, introducing the core framework of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy:

The Four Fundamental Conditions for a Fulfilled Existence—

• Can I be? ~ Existence

• Do I like to be? ~ Relationships

• May I be myself? ~ Authenticity

• For what am I here? ~ Meaning (Frankl’s Logotherapy*)

Together we will explore what these conditions look like for ourselves and our clients when they are fulfilled and unfulfilled, and how we can move toward fulfilment. This workshop is highly dialogical and experiential, so be prepared for enriching discussion and meaningful encounters with your fellow participants.

*If you have read Viktor Frankl’s “Man’s Search for Meaning” and wondered how you can integrate Logotherapy into your practice, this is a great workshop to get you started.
